Vent Vert was composed by perfumer Germaine Cellier . It seems to have been inspired by all the richness of nature. The fresh breath of this fragrance begins with an invigorating scent of lemon and bergamot. Their citrus scent is then embellished with basil, sage, lily of the valley, and jasmine. Nevertheless, it is the galbanum which is the major element of this composition. Moreover, it is here dosed at 8%, a record never equaled. In addition, Vent Vert is a fragrance that also wants to be very feminine since it is especially full of freesia, daffodil, rose, ylang-ylang, iris, violet and neroli.
Finally, its bottle is particularly surprising. It juxtaposes a fairly sober silhouette similar to a glass cube with a cabochon in the shape of a silver globe. Likewise, a green fabric bow with white polka dots adorns its collar. These elements are, of course, nods to the fashions of the 50s and the carelessness of that time.
