Charm ‘, when the nobility of the iris invades Armani’s Private Collection
Each spring, the Armani house creates perfumes echoing its spring-summer couture collection. These exceptional essences are brought together in a collection called Armani Privé. Thus, the year 2017 was no exception to the rule and the Italian brand offers us a brand new madly feminine and refined fragrance. This one is called Charm ‘and intends to capsize your heart with its refinement and its spring nobility emanating directly from the floral scent of the iris.

“Originally,” explained Giorgio Armani, “Armani Privé was only meant to be a gift for my dearest friends. But this project aroused such enthusiasm that my entourage persuaded me to also share it with a wider public in the form of an exclusive collection ”. This personal project is fully situated in the world of luxury. Indeed, each of the Armani Privé essences is made with the highest quality ingredients. Each of them displays remarkable know-how and immediately arouses admiration. Charm ‘is no exception to the rule and, like its other predecessors, arouses envy by its rarity. Thus, know that the new Charm ‘by Armani will be available only up to 1000 pieces, presented in versions of 100 ml, at a price of 575 €.
From Armani couture to perfumery, there is only one step
This time, Armani seems to have wanted to create an abstract link between his fashion world and his perfumery. To create this fragrance, the Italian house was directly inspired by its spring summer 2017 collection. Indeed, Charm ‘places the iris at the center of its composition, revealing to us a solar and feminine trail. This beautifully echoes the airy chic of Armani’s ready-to-wear line. Moreover, these two creations have an almost similar name given that the Armani spring summer 2017 collection is called “Charmani”. This link is indisputable and Charm ‘is already presented to us as being a sort of “majestic flower tinged with black, soft and captivating, that we discover on the skin”.
The floral and elegant recipe of Charm ‘
The Charm ‘perfume was made by the talented designer Alberto Morillas. A character endowed with great sensitivity, he is today one of the greatest creators on the planet. He chose to place the iris at the top of this composition, displaying its floral scent from the start. This is accompanied by other floral notes, and the freshness of bergamot. Then, this aerial flight gives way to a more bewitching heart, both woody and vegetal. This one assembles a trio of guaiac wood, green tea and frankincense. Finally, it all ends with more depth thanks to the patchouli. Vanilla and white musk, for their part, sublimate the whole with a more enveloping and syrupy trail.
