The Different Flowerbomb Perfumes Viktor & Rolf

- Advertisment -

The history of the Viktor & Rolf brand is above all the story of a beautiful friendship between Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren. The latter play on their resemblance, same hairstyle, same glasses, same look, they affirm “We are a single brain, a single person, a single creator”. Their first haute couture creation saw the light of day in 1996. The success was dazzling and would be international. Between spectacle and daring, their parades are all unique. However, it was not until 2005 that they presented their first fragrance, Flowerbomb. Among the brand’s other great olfactory successes, we note Bonbon and Spicebomb.

Flowerbomb, an explosion of flowers

The huge floral bouquet of Flowerbomb

In 2005, Viktor & Rolf presented their first fragrance Flowerbomb . More than a perfume, Flowerbomb is conceived as a philosophy of life and the brand affirms that Flowerbomb is a fragrance which helps “to transform the negative into the positive, to transform life into utopia”. Here, life is experienced every day as a surprise, and everyday life becomes a real promise of enchantment. This explosion of flowers is a concentrate of energy, but above all of happiness. The composition takes off on the freshness of bergamot associated with tea.

The ultra-floral heart will combine sambac jasmine, rose, freesia and orchid. Finally, the base of the composition combines gourmet tones with white musks and patchouli. The bottle was imagined as a glass pomegranate cut like a diamond. Its dazzling transparency brings out the tender pink nectar… All you have to do is unpin it!

When the flower bomb of Victor & Rolf turns into a sensuality bomb with Flowerbomb Midnight

When the two stylists of Victor & Rolf made the choice to launch their first perfume, it seemed obvious that it had to be as spectacular as their collection, as cheerful and excessive as their tone in haute couture. And Flowerbomb will therefore sow its opulent and gourmet petals in 2005 by successfully opening the doors of perfumery to two stylists from the Netherlands.
Year after year, Flowerbomb will take on new faces, sometimes very girly and fruity as with Flowerbomb La vie en Rose in 2016, sometimes ultra spring like with Flowerbomb Bloom in 2017. This time however, the quartet of talented perfumers composed of Dominique Ropion Domitille Bertier-Michalon, Carlos Benaim and Fanny Ball, will choose to explore with Flowerbomb Midnight ultra sensual face of this bomb flowers that brought joy and modern romanticism to the 2000s
in order to embody the face of this bomb burning flowers, Victor & Rolf will also choose a new ambassador, Anya Taylor-Joy, who will perfectly embody this summer evening fragrance by becoming a modern-day Cinderella, all in black and taffeta, and in Victor & Rolf fashion.

Flowerbomb Midnight, the star night jasmine between light and shadow

Quite clearly, Flowerbomb Midnight likes to stand out from its predecessors in order to offer completely new fruity-sensual contrasts, but also rather original in a spring where perfumers often offer lighter and airy bottles in order to prepare us. in the summer heat. No matter, Flowerbomb Midnight will be opulent and seductive, Victor & Rolf cannot create ordinary perfumes!
Yet Flowerbomb Midnight offers a very fruity and rather exotic start between a sweetness of blackcurrant and a note of tangy, green and delicately spicy pomegranate. Then, moving towards the heart of Flowerbomb Midnight, we encounter a fresh and delicate peony reminding us of an aerial spring. But night jasmine, the “queen of the night”, breaks this light spring to bring this Flowerbomb Midnight intense, suave and ultra-feminine opulence. A femininity that will find in the intense depths of vanilla and musk an echo of the most carnal in order to become the favorite ally of these women who like to shine at night.

The floral delicacy of Flowerbomb Nectar de Parfum Intense
