Chance Eau Tendre Eau de Parfum: Jean-Paul Goude opens the doors to his colorful cast

Gabrielle Chanel has always believed in luck. She surrounded herself with many lucky charms and readily confided that “luck was her soul”. Moreover, if we are to believe her incredible destiny, it is clear that the designer seemed to be right. Today, as if to pay tribute to him, the Chance perfume by Chanel is one of the brand’s greatest successes. Initiated in 2002, he has already been metamorphosed on numerous occasions. The year 2019 also reveals an unprecedented reinterpretation of its scent with Chance Eau Tendre Eau de Parfum. The newcomer to the collection is called Chance Eau Tendre and is wrapped in grapefruit, jasmine, quince and rose. For its appearance to be successful, Chanel also attached particular importance to its launch advertising. Signed by Jean-Paul Goude, the latter takes us to the heart of an infinitely colorful dance hearing.

Once again, Chanel has decided to call on the talented Jean-Paul Goude to sublimate one of its perfumes. Its poetic and sparkling universe never ceases to seduce the artistic directors of Chanel. What’s more, Jean-Paul Goude himself is full of praise for the brand. “What is luck? To be honest, I don’t really know. My luck on the other hand, and I say this without sycophancy, is to work for Chanel ”. He also adds that it is a real pleasure for him to have been able to work with choreographer Ryan Heffington and musician Sam Spiegel. “Both of them suit me completely. They approach the commercial a bit like I do in a naive and spontaneous way. By working with them, I have the impression of finding myself in one of those music halls of the fifties where everything seems to come together in complicity and good humor ”.

The new advertising campaign for Chance Eau Tendre does not exceed 30 seconds but it is enough to give a smile to bring a little joy in everyday life. Dressed in pretty colors, fierce dancers compete in inventiveness to be selected by a picky jury during a dance audition. Everything takes place in a theater and each of them sways, while holding in her hands a chair padded with red fabric. The seats spin at high speed, inevitably recalling the shape of a lucky wheel. Finally, four young women are selected: Abby Champion, Camille Hurel, Ysaunny Brito and Rianne Van Rompaey. All they have to do then is let their joy explode in the eyes of all!
